In order to achieve “30/60” Carbon Emission Neutrality target, to establish clean, low carbon, high efficiency energy system, to improve the energy clean utilization level and power system operation efficiency, “Power-Grid-Load-Storage” integration system plays a very important role in safeguarding energy security process.
“Power-Grid-Load-Storage” integration system is an integrated package solution. By giving priority to utilize the wind power and solar power, making full use of adjusting functions of the coal-fired power, gas-fired power, and hydro power etc. facilities, designing and setting up an energy storage system with suitable capacity, and based on the new additional power distribution network, finally we could achieve the high stability of power output, improve the utilization capability of such intermittent renewable energies (wind, solar etc.), and enhance the entire power network operation benefits.
We should build the wind power, solar power, hydro power etc. facilities strictly based on the actual local conditions, laying power distribution networks for newly increased load consumers, under the support of advanced energy storage system, finally realizing the deep combination of “Power, Grid, Load, and Storage”. Based on this concept, we could develop provincial, municipal and county all levels “Power-Grid-Load-Storage” integration project, to improve the self-balance capability and reduce the reliance on the national grid and backup capacity, finally reach the “higher operation stability and lower operation cost” target.
