In the Huzhou Huaikan (15MW )WHR project of South Cement, under the condition that the standard coal consumption reaches up to about 95kg, the power generation capacity per ton of clinker is superior to the assessment index, and approaches to the best level in the industry in the cement clinker production line equipped with six-stage preheater.
The burning heat consumption of cement clinker reaches 638.82kcal/kg, with 40.31kWh/t comprehensive power consumption, 29kWh/t WHR power generation, and 792.70kg/t carbon emission per unit clinker.
